  • If you're unable to download your biodata or encounter a functional issue, reach out immediately with:
    • Your payment ID
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Relevant screenshots or error messages, if available
  • Refunds will only be approved in cases where we are unable to provide the promised service.

3. Refund Processing

  • If the issue remains unresolved despite our support team’s best efforts, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Once approved, your refund will be processed within 4–5 business days. It may take additional time depending on your bank/card issuer.

4. Refund Payment Method

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • If the original method is unavailable, we will coordinate with you to offer an alternative refund method, subject to agreement.
