Shipping and Delivery

All biodata templates on marriagebiodata.ai are available in digital format, so there is no physical shipping. None of your items will be sent by post or courier, nor will a printed copy be provided.

Once the payment is confirmed, the download options will appear on the Biodata Download page depending on the plan you have chosen:

• If you have taken the first plan, you can download only the "Image" file.
• If you have taken the second plan, you can download both "Image & PDF".
• If you have taken the third plan, you will get all the options: "Image & PDF Editable Biodata".

Once the file is downloaded, it is now your turn to take care of it. Save it on your mobile or laptop, and if possible, keep a copy on Google Drive or email. If you need it later, change your phone, or accidentally delete the file, take care of this in advance so that you don't have to search for it unnecessarily.

Sometimes it happens — the payment is made, but the file doesn't download. If this happens, don't worry; just email us at support@marriagebiodata.ai. After checking your payment, we will tell you how to get the file and make sure that your biodata reaches you.
